On March 6, 2024, Tom wrapped principal photography as executive producer of and lead actor in “One of the Good Ones”, a film inspired by true events of the lawyers discipline office in buffalo, ny. the film has now secured a letter of intent from sdg releasing, a prominent DISTRIBUTION company led by cary solomon and chuck konzelman. on television, Tom appeared on cbS opposite Dylan Mcdermott in “FBI: Most wanted” (season 6 - Episode 3) which aired on 10/29/24.this was his fourth appearance in the “FBI” franchise.
